Design & Space Planning
Measured layouts, product selections and a visual plan so you can see the finished room before spending anything on it.
North Port, Florida
We plan the space, source the pieces and set it all up, so you walk into a finished room instead of a pile of boxes. Kitchens, closets, bedrooms, offices and whole home setups across Southwest Florida.
Who We Are
Most people know roughly what they want their kitchen or their closet to look like. What stops them is everything in between: measuring properly, choosing between forty similar products, ordering from six different places, waiting on deliveries, then facing a living room full of flat pack boxes on a Saturday morning.
Kitchen and Home Stuff Inc. exists to take that whole middle section off your hands. From our base at 3464 Junction Street in North Port, we design the space, source everything on the list, coordinate the deliveries, then assemble, install, style and clean up. You get a finished room and we take the cardboard with us.
We work at every level, from a single pantry that needs organizing to a whole home setup for a new build. The plan is always written down with real prices before anything is ordered, so nothing lands on your card as a surprise.
What We Do
Take one piece or the whole thing. Most clients start with a single room and come back for the rest.
Measured layouts, product selections and a visual plan so you can see the finished room before spending anything on it.
We source everything on the list, compare real options at different price points and handle the ordering and delivery tracking.
Assembly, mounting, leveling, fitting and connecting. Furniture built, shelves anchored, fixtures hung and boxes removed.
Pantries, closets, garages and cabinets planned properly, fitted with real storage systems and labeled so they stay that way.
Lighting, textiles, hardware, art and the small final layer that makes a room look designed rather than furnished.
New build or new home? We set up the whole house before you arrive, from kitchen drawers to bed frames to the shower curtain.
Rooms
Every room has its own problems. These are the ones we solve most often.
Layout, storage, appliances, organization and the small fixes that make cooking easier.
Systems that fit what you actually own, installed properly and labeled clearly.
Furniture layout, lighting, media walls and styling that suits how the room is really used.

Design and setup are quoted as services. Products are billed at cost with no markup, so you can see exactly what you are paying for the things and what you are paying us for the work.

How It Works
We visit, measure, look at how you actually use the space and talk budget openly before anything is drawn.
You get a layout, a product list with prices at two levels and a written quote for the work. Nothing is ordered until you say go.
We order everything, track the deliveries, receive what we can at our place and book your install days.
We assemble, install, organize, style and take every box with us. You come home to a finished room.
Who We Help
Move in ready setups for new construction, so the house is finished the day you get the keys.
Seasonal homes set up before you arrive and closed down properly when you leave.
Smaller spaces planned carefully so everything you kept actually has a place to live.
Turnkey furnishing and setup for short term rentals, guest ready and photographed well.
Questions
Yes. We come to the home, measure, talk through what you want and give you a budget range, all at no cost and with no obligation to hire us.
No. Products are billed at what we pay for them, and you see the receipts. We charge for design and labor, which keeps our advice honest about what is actually worth buying.
Absolutely, and plenty of clients do. We will assemble, install and organize whatever you have bought, billed hourly or as a flat rate per room.
Most single rooms are one setup day once everything has arrived. Kitchens usually take two to three days. The waiting is almost always product lead times, not our schedule.
Yes, every time, at no extra charge. Cardboard and packaging leave with us so you are not left with a garage full of it.
