Honest Sourcing
No markup on products and no pushing the expensive option. We tell you where spending more pays off and where it genuinely does not.
Home / About
A North Port company built to handle the messy middle of making a home look and work the way you pictured it.
Our Story
The idea for this company came from watching the same thing happen over and over. Somebody decides to fix up their kitchen or finally sort the closet. They spend a few evenings scrolling, order a pile of things from four different websites, and then real life arrives: two boxes are damaged, one item is the wrong size because nobody measured the wall, the shelving needs anchors the box did not include, and the whole lot sits in the garage for six weeks.
Kitchen and Home Stuff Inc. handles all of that. We work out of 3464 Junction Street in North Port and serve homes across Southwest Florida. We design the space, source everything, coordinate every delivery, then assemble, install, organize and style the room. When we leave, the cardboard leaves with us.
We are deliberately not a furniture store. We do not make money on the products, which means when we tell you the cheaper option is perfectly fine for a guest room, or that it is worth paying more for the drawer slides you will open ten times a day, you can trust that advice. We are paid for the plan and the work, and that is the whole business model.
Our clients are people moving into new builds, snowbirds opening a seasonal home, families finally tackling a kitchen that has annoyed them for years, downsizers trying to fit a lifetime into fewer square feet, and owners setting up rentals. The scope changes, the approach does not.
What Drives Us
No markup on products and no pushing the expensive option. We tell you where spending more pays off and where it genuinely does not.
Real measurements before anything is ordered. Most home project disasters start with a guess about a wall.
Installed, organized, styled, cleaned and the boxes gone. A job is not done while there is still packaging in your garage.
Floors protected, shoes off where you ask, dust contained and the space left cleaner than we found it.
Our Approach
A kitchen that photographs beautifully but puts the trash can three steps from where you chop is a bad kitchen. So before we suggest anything, we ask how you cook, where the kids do homework, who unloads the dishwasher and what currently drives you crazy.
Book a consultation and we will walk the space with you, talk through ideas and send a written plan with real numbers.
